Particulars of facilities available to citizens for obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.

Library or reading room is not maintained by NCTE for public use. However, following facilities are available to citizens for obtaining information.

• Through personal contact/correspondence with any officer either in NCTE Hqrs. or in its four Regional Offices.
• All the relevant information is available on the website of NCTE which is www.ncte-in.org.
• NCTE journals and other important priced publications can be subscribed/purchased personally or by making a written request.
• All the important orders, copies of regulations etc. are published in the Gazette of India for general information.
